Vacant Properties cost Baltimore Estimated $200M Anually

The report, published by the university’s 21st Century Cities Initiative, indicated the city is losing an estimated $100 million in tax revenue for the roughly 15,000 vacant properties that sprawl city limits. The city spends another $100 million in direct cost associate with the vacant properties specifically, according to the report.
